Palladium

Palladium (Pd) is a rare, lustrous silvery-white transition metal and a key member of the platinum group metals (PGMs). It is primarily used in catalytic converters for petrol-powered vehicles to reduce emissions, as well as in jewelry, electronics, and dentistry. Russia and South Africa are the largest producers.
